As the procurement manager at an industrial automation equipment manufacturer, he was filled with doubts about Chinese suppliers—his production line had been halted for a week due to cold solder joints and mass delivery delays from his previous PCBA provider.
We carefully analyzed his product drawings and failure reports, identifying the root causes as issues in the soldering process of high-precision components and supply chain management. We then crafted a tailored solution: adopting lead-free reflow soldering to ensure stability, implementing full-process SPC (Statistical Process Control) quality monitoring, and promising real-time progress updates at key milestones.
Our collaboration began with a rigorous demand review: we first produced 10 prototype boards for testing, and only after passing these did we move to small-batch trial production, issuing detailed inspection reports at every stage. When the first batch of 500 units was delivered on time with zero defects verified by a third party, Mr. M’s tone noticeably softened.
